About
Delivering Excellence in Every Shipment
Forward Systems Group is an ITAR-compliant, DDTC-registered freight forwarder and customs broker headquartered in Doral, Florida, specializing in defense logistics, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and aerospace supply chain movements through the Miami logistics gateway.
Logistics you can trust when it matters most
Forward Systems Group specializes in the secure, compliant transport of ITAR- and EAR-regulated cargo. We have worked alongside the Department of Defense, the State Department, and global defense contractors to deliver high-value and high-risk freight safely and on time.
From warzones to remote installations, we provide peace of mind for the world's most complex shipping needs.
We handle what others won't
Customers choose us because of our extensive certifications in shipping the most complex and sensitive items, our meticulous attention to detail, and our strong relationships with customs authorities. We have built a reputation for stepping in when others fall short, resolving issues for businesses whose shipments were confiscated or delayed because to paperwork errors.
Whether it is air freight, ocean shipping, customs clearance, or hazardous materials, we know how to navigate every detail with precision and care. That is why our customers trust us to get the job done right, every time.
How we work
The team that files your export licence is the team that books your aircraft. We do not hand compliance to one department and freight to another, because the gap between those two is where almost every expensive failure in this industry happens.
That single-team model is why we can take on movements that arrive already in trouble, cargo seized, licences mismatched, a consignment held at the border while a classification whether that is a cargo seizure, a lapsed authorization or a classification dispute, and still get them delivered.
